Introduction

Mainstream music and standardized mirror-walled dance studios – your era is OVER! Hevi Aerobics invites you to group trainings every week in Tallinn and Tartu not to find yourself trapped with bimbo fitness chicks but to keep your body easily and enjoyably in shape!

  • Hevi Aerobics is a workout inspired by heavy music, the people who enjoy exercising to rock tunes and by the attitude that goes with this lifestyle. In addition to physical fitness and increased stamina, our classes grant you a great overall feeling, proper workload and a complex-free company.
  • At the beginning of the season in autumn, emphasis is put on recovering the physical state of our class-goers after the long holiday season.
  • A classical Hevi Aerobics workout starts out with a warm-up and jogging exercises. It is followed by an aerobic part, exercises on diagonals and sets to rise muscular strength. Each class ends with  thorough stretching and a cool-down. We appreciate variety – at least twice a month what we call a ”special class“ takes place, where the emphasis is on a particular artist or on a specific alternative music scene. We also keep up the spirits and will by switching training styles: rockers’ dance routines, cardio kickboxing, strength training specials, circuit training and many more are regularly on the menu.
  • Hevi Aerobics is a cardio workout program where we focus on training both deep and core muscles – the abdomen, arms, back and buttocks. Classes are intertwined with fun elements from the artistic body language of well-known rock and metal stars. Every Heavi Aerobics class offers it’s participants something attractive and brand new – whether it’s a new song, step combination, training technique or person.
  • We have been working together as a successful team since 2009. In 2010, we broadened to Tartu and do not take it as our final expansion :)
